1. Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen (14) days without giving any reason.
The cancellation period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, have taken possession of the goods.
2. Exercising the right of revocation
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (CC ECOM BUSINESS LLC , email: kundenservice@clubeboss.eu ) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g. by email). You may use the model withdrawal form below, but this is not obligatory.
To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient that you send your notification of exercising your right of cancellation before the cancellation period expires.
3. Consequences of the revocation
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (except for the supplementary costs arising if you chose a type of delivery other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract.
For this refund, we will use the same payment method that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you be charged any fees for this refund.
We may refuse reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.
4. Return of goods
You must return the goods to us without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen (14) days from the day on which you notify us of your withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired.
Return policy:
- You will bear the direct costs of returning the goods.
- Please return the goods in their original packaging (if still available) and with all accessories.
- Please keep the shipping receipt until the refund is complete.
You will receive the return address and return instructions by email after submitting your cancellation request to kundenservice@clubeboss.eu to ensure a smooth process.
5. Compensation for value
You are only liable for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling of the goods that is not necessary for testing their condition, properties and functionality.
6. Exceptions to the right of withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to the following contracts:
- for the supply of goods that are not prefabricated and for whose production an individual selection or specification by the consumer is decisive or which are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the consumer;
- for the supply of sealed goods which are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene if their seal has been removed after delivery;
- for the supply of goods if, after delivery, they have become inseparably mixed with other goods due to their nature;
- for the supply of audio or video recordings or computer software in a sealed package if the seal has been removed after delivery;
- for the supply of digital content which is not supplied on a tangible medium, if we have begun performance of the contract after you have expressly agreed and at the same time confirmed your knowledge that you will lose your right of withdrawal upon commencement of performance.
7. Refund process
After we receive and inspect your return, you will receive a confirmation email. The refund will be issued via the same payment method you used. Depending on your payment provider, the refund may take a few business days to process.
