Consumers have a statutory right of withdrawal of fourteen (14) days from receipt of the goods. Details and a sample withdrawal form can be found in our cancellation policy . This policy supplements, but does not replace, your statutory rights.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing or required by law, you shall bear the direct costs of the return shipment.
A direct exchange is possible – subject to availability. Please contact us in advance at kundenservice@clubeboss.de . Alternatively, we will refund the purchase price after the item is returned, and you can reorder the desired item.
Should any items be damaged, defective, or delivered incorrectly, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photo/video evidence at kundenservice@clubeboss.de . Depending on the situation, we will offer a replacement, repair, or refund. Your statutory warranty rights remain unaffected.
If shipments are returned to us due to incorrect address information, non-acceptance, or failure to collect, we may charge shipping costs for redelivery. Refunds will be issued less incurred shipping costs, where legally permissible.
Our standard delivery time is 5–12 business days . In case of delays, we will proactively inform you by email. The delivery time does not affect your statutory rights, including rights of withdrawal and warranty.
For discounted items (rebates/promotions), the actual purchase price paid will be refunded. Shipping costs will only be refunded if legally required or if the entire order was cancelled within the cancellation period.
